Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Human Hair & Wigs

For hygiene reasons, human hair, wigs, lace products, and hair extensions cannot be returned if:

  • The lace has been cut

  • The wig has been worn

  • The product has been washed

  • The hair has been coloured, bleached, or chemically treated

  • Tags or packaging have been removed

Please inspect your order before altering or wearing it.

Clothing Returns

Dresses and clothing may be returned if:

  • They are unworn

  • Original tags remain attached

  • They are free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
